摘要
数字化时代,电子文献越来越受到青睐,随着高校图书馆文献信息保障方式的多元化,电子文献收藏成为部分高校的主流。鉴于此,文章指出今后新的高校合格评估方案,应当取消生均图书量的规定,增设读者满意度、馆藏利用率以及电子文献馆藏总量等指标,提高馆藏质量,适应时代发展需要,以有效避免过去因评估而引起的种种弊端的再次发生。
In the digital age, people more and more prefer electronic literature to the paper-based, and with appearance of pluralism of guarantee measures of literature information, the collection of e-materials is becoming the mainstream in the libraries of colleges and universities. Considering the reality, the assessment scheme of universities should erase the index of the average books per capita, add the index of the readers＇ satisfaction, the utilization rate and the quantity of electronic documents, so as to improve the quality of storage, to meet the requirements of the times and avoid flaws caused by the assessment.
