基于水泵水轮机全特性空间曲面描述的工作参数处理研究

摘要 针对由两簇平面曲线构成的水泵水轮机全特性传统表达方式存在开度线交叉、聚集和扭卷等强非线性问题,在水泵水轮机全特性空间曲面描述的基础上,根据位置函数的距离特性、特征线变化与过渡过程参数变化均具有连续性的特点,提出了基于等开度线方位角的递推式特征线绘制的搜索算法和单位参数的分解搜索算法,通过水泵水轮机过渡过程计算实例,结果表明搜索算法具有较高的计算精度和计算效率,有效地解决了水泵水轮机工作参数处理问题,为全特性空间曲面描述的工程应用奠定了基础。 The conventional representation of complete characteristics of pump-turbine by two sets of complementary plane curves has strongly nonlinear phenomena that guide vane opening curves intersect, focus and reverse. The distance characteristics of position function, characteristic curve change and parameter variation in transient process have continui- ty features. According to space surface description of characteristics of pump-turbine, this paper proposes search algo- rithm of recursive drawing of characteristic curve and decomposition of unit parameters calculation based on azimuth of guide vain opening curves. Example of transient process of pump-turbine shows that the proposed method has higher pre- cision and efficiency and solves the operating parameters processing of pump-turbine, which lay a solid foundation for application of description of space surface of characteristics.
