摘要
本文制备了T_c=95K的Y-Ba-Cu-O超导体。用热分析方法研究了Y-Ba-Cu-O超导体固相反应的烧结温度。并就烧结温度对超导体性能的影响机制进行了探讨。
The Y-Ba-Gu-O superconductor whose T_0 is 95K has been prepared. The solidreaction's burning-temperature has been made out by the method of thermalanalysis. The affection to superconductor property which is caused by the burning-temperature has been discussed.
