摘要
本文剖析了意大利产Sorptomatic 1800软件系统。该系统在计算孔径和孔径分布中均存在不同程度的问题,为此我们对原软件系统进行了改进和扩充。在新的软件系统中,采用了严继民和张启元提出的计算孔径分布的公式;液氮的表面张力(σ),摩尔体积(V_m)和温度(T)均按实验时的实际情况输入。处理标样Al_2O_3的实验数据与用原软件处理的结果比较,孔半径的最可几分布值相对误差为7.5%,比表面积的相对误差为1.5%,孔径分布图形状也不同,在新的结果表中列出了有应用价值的累计比表面积和孔体积数据。
The old software to be used to calculate pore size with Kelvin equation in the Sorptomatic 1800 system is improved and expanded. In treatment of pore size distribution the equation which Yan Jimin and Zhang Qiyuan proposed is adopted with inputting σ(surface tension), V_m(molar volume), and T(temperature) in the values of ciroumstance of the experiment. The standard sample Al_2O_3is calculated with the old and new programmes. The old results are compared with the new nes. The relativ e errors of the maximum pore size and the specifie surface area are o7.5% and 1.5% reapectively, and the shapes of the pore size distribution are different. In the table of the new results, the valuable data, such as pore volume and specific surface area are shown.
