摘要
目的 探讨乙型病毒性肝炎病人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和膜白介素 2受体 (mIL 2R)表达水平及其在乙肝发病机制中的作用。方法 用生物素 链霉亲和素法对 196例乙肝病人外周血单个核细胞进行T细胞亚群及植物血凝素 (PHA)诱导前后mIL 2R的检测。结果 乙肝病人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和单个核细胞mIL 2R表达水平降低 ,与正常对照相比 ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 乙肝病人体内存在明显的细胞免疫功能紊乱 ,T细胞活化障碍 。
Objective To study the level of T cell subsets and membrane interleukin 2 receptor(mIL 2R) on surface of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) of the patients with hepatitis B and its role in the pathogenesis of hepatitis B.Methods The level of T cell subsets and mIL 2R before and after being induced by PHA were detected with biotin streptatividin technique for 196 cases of hepatitis B.Results The expressive level of T cell subsets and mIL 2R before and after being induced by PHA were all lower in the patients with hepatitis B than that in normal controls(P<0.01).Conclusion The function of cellular immunity,the levels of mIL 2R and activation of T cells are obviously in disorder in patients with hepatitis B,and were closely associated with the chronicity of the patients with hepatitis B.
