摘要
哌仑西平长期以来一直是治疗消化系统疾病的药物。由于发现其对近视的治疗作用,现在重新得到了人们的重视。这一新用途目前尚处于实验阶段,本文就哌仑西平治疗近视的机制及在眼部的吸收、分布等作一综述。
