摘要
本文通过对云南省云龙锡矿28号矿体补充勘探项目的承包及其勘查成果有偿转让的实践,认为地质成果商品化的方向是正确的,也是可行的。否则,改革难以深入发展,地勘单位的生机与活力将成为空话。在目前情况下,地质成果有偿转让的形式和办法可根据具体情况而有所不同。
The experience of No. 310 Geological Party in contracting for the project of additional prospecting of No. 28 orebody of Yunlong tin deposit in Yunnan Province and in transfering its prospecting result with charges showed that commercialization of geological results is feasible and also a practical move.Otherwise, to deepen the reform and vitalize the prospecting would be only idle talk. Under present conditions, the transfer of geological results with charges may adopt varied forms and ways according to different conditions.
