摘要
目的 探讨手术治疗陈旧性孟氏骨折合并桡神经深支损伤的临床效果。方法 采用手术切开复位 ,矫正畸形治疗陈旧性孟氏骨折 18例 ,手术前后进行X线表现和临床结果评定。结果 全部病例术后可使肘关节功能改善 ,桡骨小头与肱骨小头恢复了正常的匹配关系。
Objective To evaluate the clinical results of elbow arthroplasty for old Monteggia fracture complicated by deep branch of radial nerve injury.Methods The outcome of delayed Monteggia fracture in 18 children complicated with radial nerve deep branch were analyzed.The type of fracture included extension type in 14 patients,flexion in 2 and adduction in 2.Deep branch of radial nerve damage included nerve compression (6) and adhesion (4) which were released. The follow up period varied from 1.2 to 4.5 years.The results were evaluated by X ray assessment and clinical examination.Results All children have got good results postoperatively.The function of elbow joint improved in all cases,Conclusions Crushing force of the dislocated radial head,the contusion,compression,stretching and adhesion of the nerve are all contributory factors of the nerve injury.Early arthroplasty is an effective treatment of old Monteggia fracture with deep branch of radial nerve injury.
