塔里木和柴达木盆地的古地磁测试及其地质意义 被引量:7

摘要 塔里木和柴达木盆地是我国西北部两个巨型内陆盆地,被阿尔金断裂带所隔开。1987年和1988年,我们在这两个盆地作了系统的古地磁测试,其中塔里木盆地测试结果良好,获得了库车及和田地区中生代以来的极移曲线;柴达木盆地由于重磁化现象严重,仅能获得冷湖及大煤沟地区新第三纪的古地磁参数。根据极移曲线和各时期磁偏角变化,笔者认为塔里木和柴达木盆地自新第三纪以来,没有发生显著的相对移动。但塔里木盆地南缘和田地区发生了20°左右的顺时针转动。 Tarim and Qaidam Basins separated by the Altun Tagh fault are two large-scale continental basins in Northwest China. In 1987 and 1988,we made a systematic paleomagnetic test for these two basins and a better result was obtained for the Tarim Basin. Polar wander (APW) paths since the Mesozoic have been obtained for the Kuqa and Hetian areas,only the Neogene paleomagnetic parameters have been obtained for the Lenhu and Dameigou areas due to a serious re-magnetization for the Qaidam Basin. Based on variation of pole positions and deflections,the authors suggest that no remarkable relative movement has taken place between the two basins since the Neogene. Moreover,along the Kunlun and. Altun Tagh fault,The Hetian area on the southern margin of the Tarim Basin rotated clockwise by about 20°before the Neogene.
