脑梗死患者非梗死侧正中神经体感诱发电位的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察脑梗死患者非梗死侧正中神经体感诱发电位(SEP)的改变。方法对25例经头部MRI确诊的单侧颈内动脉脑梗死患者进行正中神经体感诱发电位检测并与正常对照组进行比较。结果脑梗死组与对照组比较,非梗死侧SEP的P15潜伏期延长(P<0.05)、N60潜伏期显著延长(P<0.001);25例脑梗死患者中8例患者非梗死侧SEP异常,异常率32%。结论SEP检测对发现脑梗死患者的微小病灶或亚临床病灶具有重要价值,其敏感性高于MRI。它是一种客观的、敏感的脑功能评定方法。 Objective To study the changes of somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP)in the non-affected hemisphere in patients with cerebral infarction.Method Somatosensory evoked potentials we re recorded from 25patients with uni lateral cerebral infarction diagnosed by MRI as compared with age-matched healthy controls.Result The results indicated that the patie nts with cerebral infarction showed a signif-icant increased latency of P15(P<0.05),and a high significant increased la tency of N60(P<0.001)in non-affected hemisphere as compared with age-matched controls.8out of 25patients(32%)showed SEP abnormalities in non-aff ected side.Conclusion It is suggested that SEP show an important value and b e more sensitive than MRI in the aspect of detecting minor or subclinical l eisions for cerebral infarc-tion.It is an objective and sensitiv e method for evaluation of brain functions.
