摘要
目的探讨中药锁阳对痴呆病大鼠学习记忆能力及相关脑区突触体超微结构变化的影响。方法40只大鼠随机分成两组;即正常对照组(C)10只,喂蒸馏水;模型组(M)30只,又随机分3组。M组动物使其慢性铝中毒致痴呆病模型。4组大鼠电镜定量观察记忆相关脑区突触体超微结构变化。结果喂锁阳1.5个月后,通过迷宫的时间比不喂药的模型组时间短缩了39.74%,同时突触后膜致密物质的厚度明显增加。结论锁阳能够明显改善痴呆病模型鼠记忆力的下降。
Objective The experiment study on the effect of Suoyang about learning and memory an d ultrastructural in the relevant br ain areas of learning and memory in the ra t' s model of AD.Method SD adult 40cases rats were divided in to two groups:control group(C,10)and model group(M,30)were made model of AD.The change of sy naptic ultrastructure was observed for all groups.Results After feeding Suoyang one month,the time passing t he maze of MT group was reduced about 39.74%and the thickness of substance of the membrane of the postsynapse markedly thicken.Conclusion Suoyang can markedly improve learni ng and memory of AD model rats.
