摘要
分析肿瘤患者在化疗前后血细胞的变化。发现在化疗后血细胞各项指标均比化疗前明显减少。结果表明 :化疗药物在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时 ,对人体正常细胞也存在一定的损伤 。
Objective To study the changes of blood cell including WBC, RBC, Hb and PLT with tumor patients before and after chemotherapy. Methods 1 mL venous blood of tumor patients was collected before and after chemotherapy, and blood cells were detected by the blood analyzer of CELL DYN1700. Results All items of blood cell were decreased after chemotherapy. Conclusion When the chemotherapy kill tumor cells, the normal cells can be killed at the same time, so dynamic determination of blood routine has guidance significance for clinical observation and rational use of drugs.
