摘要
目的 :确定慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎的双螺旋 CT扫描诊断价值。材料与方法 :分析经临床、手术和病理证实的 6 9例81耳慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎的 CT征象及其特点。结果 :慢性中耳乳突炎分为单纯型、肉芽肿型、胆脂瘤型 ,CT表现与手术病理结果符合率为 95 .1%。结论 :双螺旋 CT检查有助于慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎的诊断和分型 。
Purpose To recognize the value of double helix CT in diagnosis of Chronic otitis mastoidea. Materials and Methods The CT features of 69 cases including 81 ears proved by operation and pathology were analyzed. Results The chronic otitis mastoidea were divided into simple type, granulomatous type and cholesteatomatous type. The ratio that lesions showed in CT were in allordrence with that seen in operation was 95.1 %. Conclusion Double spiral CT is helpful to diagnosis and classify of the chronic otitis mastiodea and provides valuable information for surgery.
