摘要
本研究借助玻璃微电极,在离体心室乳头肌细胞上完成。在一定条件下,用克山病病区粮喂养动物容易引起心肌细胞电反应变化(APA 和 RP 降低、APD 缩短、Vmax 下降),但用锌前处理后,有些变化明显减轻;锌对心肌的保护作用是竞争性抑制心肌细胞膜的慢通道影响Ca^(2+)内流、降低心肌细胞内 Ca^(2+)负荷所致;提示在克山病病区人群增加锌的摄入量,可能有助于预防克山病,
The rats fed with crops from the endemic areas of Keshan disease producedalterations of the electrical responses(APA,RP decreased,APD shortened,Vmaxdecreased)easier under given conditions,but these were lessened obviously bypretretment with Zn。The study was conducted by means of conventionalmicroelectrode on the isolated ventricular fibers.The protective effect of Zn onthe cardiac muscles was achieved by competitive inhibition of the slow channelin the myocardial cellular membrane,influencing calcium ions inward current,decreasing intraceellular calcium ion load.So it was highly suggested thatsufficient intake of Zu in the population in Keshan disease endemic areas perhapscontributes to prevention of Keshan disease.
