普乐可复治疗慢性移植肾功能减退 被引量：2

Clinical application of FK506 in treatment of renal transplant recipients with chronic grafted renal dysfunction

摘要 目的 :观察普乐可复 ( FK5 0 6)治疗慢性移植肾功能减退的疗效。方法 :选择尸肾移植术后6～ 34个月出现慢性肾功能异常的患者 2 4例 ,将原有以环孢素 A( Cs A)为主的免疫抑制方案替换成以 FK5 0 6为主的免疫抑制方案 ,观察肾功能变化。结果 :替换 FK5 0 6治疗 8～ 1 2周后 ,2 1例肾功能明显改善 ,其中 4例肾功能在 4周内恢复正常 ,3例效果不良 ,但血清肌酐 ( Cr)未呈上升趋势 ,总有效率 85 %。继续随访 6个月以上 ,移植肾功能稳定 ,亦未发生明显药物毒性作用。结论 :对慢性移植肾功能减退患者采用 FK5 0 6替换 Cs
