摘要
本文采用原子吸收光谱法,对昌吉地方性甲状腺肿(以下简称地甲病)高发区患者及正常人全血和发中六种常见元素的含量进行了测定。结果发现发中 Zn、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn 元素的含量有显著性差异,全血中 Zn、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn 元素的含量也有显著性差异。
We have used the (acetylene flaming) spectrum absorption method to determi-ne the contents of the six microelements (Cu,Zn,Mg,ca,Mn,& Fe) in thehair and in the blood of the endemic goiters and of the healthy as comparison.The conclusion we obtained is that the distinction of the trace elements (suchas Zn,Cu,Mg,& Mn) in the hair between the diseased and the healthy is qu-ite obvious,and So of the trace elements (such as Zn,Ca,Mg,Fe,Cu,&Mn) in the blood.
