摘要
本试验观察了携带大质粒和消除大质粒鼠疫菌株在28℃培养时的生长情况。结果证实消除大质粒的菌株比携带大质粒的菌株生长速度快。
The growth of Y.pestis carring and cured plasmids were observed at 28℃ incubation.These results indicate that the rate of growth of the cured large plasmid strains is rapider than the carring large plasmid strains.
