摘要
目的 探讨乳腺癌组织中gelsolin分子表达与癌组织浸润转移的关系 ,以及其与C erbB 2、PCNA之间的相关性。方法 运用免疫组织化学二步法 (Envision法 )对 4 2例福尔马林固定石蜡包埋的乳腺癌组织进行回顾性研究 ,并且选择 15例乳腺纤维腺瘤患者作为对照。结果 Gelsolin、C erbB 2和PCNA在乳腺癌组织中表达阳性率分别为 2 8.6 %、5 9.5 %和 4 7.6 % ,与乳腺纤维腺瘤组相比 ,差异具显著性 (P <0 .0 0 1或P <0 .0 1)。Gelsolin、C erbB 2和PCNA与淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5、P <0 .0 0 1和P <0 .0 1) ;gelsolin在乳腺癌的表达减少 ,而C erbB 2和PCNA表达明显增加 ,两者间差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 细胞恶变后 ,胞浆中的gelsolin分子表达明显减少 ,因此可根据其表达程度为乳腺癌的诊断、治疗及指导预后提供可靠依据。
Objective To study the expression of gelsolin molecules in human breast carcinoma with and without metastasis and its correlation with the expression of C erbB 2 and PCNA. Methods Formalin fixed and paraffinembeded tissues from 42 cases of breast carcinoma were studied by Envision immunohistochemical technique and 15 fibroadenoma used as control. Results The positive rate of gelsolin, C erbB and PCNA in 42 samples of human breast carcinoma was 28.6%, 59.5% and 47.6% and there were significant differences compared with fibroadenoma ( P <0.001 or P <0.01). C erB 2 and PCNA in lymph node positive tissues were higher than those in lymph node negative tissues ( P <0.001 or P <0.01) and gelsolin expression was remarkably lower than those without metastasis ( P <0.05). The expression of gelsolin was related to that of C erbB 2 and PCNA ( P <0.05). Conclusion Abnormal expression of gelsolin molecules may offer reliable evidence for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in breast carcinoma
