摘要
研究了硫代硫酸盐法浸出墨西哥一难处理、含铜、低品位氧化矿石中的金 ,在低用量和低成本条件下 ,金的浸出率可以达到 75 .73% ,而硫代硫酸盐用量小于 3kg/t。研究还发现 ,浸出矿浆的合适ORP值在 35~ 40mV ,不会发生对浸出过程有害的化学沉淀 ,这一新发现与他人的研究结果不一致。浸出贵液的放置时间和盛装容器材料、硫代硫酸盐试剂的流量、pH和ORP值等对浸出过程和试验结果有很大的影响。
Thiosulfate leaching of a refractory copper-bearing and low grade oxide ore in Mexico was studied. 75.73% of gold leached percentage was obtained at the conditions of low cost and regents' usage, for example, 1 to 3 kg/t thiosulfate. We also found that it was suitable for ORP value to be in the range of 35 to 40 mV and no harmful precipitation was happened, which was different from others' results
