摘要
在给定齿轮工况的基础上,对齿端修薄方法的适用条件、工作负荷影响及其修形量等问题进行了定量分析。研究结果表明,这种齿向修形方法对提高低速重载齿轮的承载能力有着重要的意义。
The paper quantitatively analyzes applicable conditions, influence of operating load and modification amount of thinning tooth ends based on the given operation mode. Researched results show that the modification in tooth breadth has great significance to increasing thebearing capacity of low speed heavy duty gear.
