摘要
分别选择NiCrSiB及其加入不同量Mo元素的NiCrMoSiB(1 )、NiCrMoSiB(2 )自熔合金粉末和CuNiSiB自熔合金粉末 ,采用氧乙炔焰粉末喷焊工艺制备覆层 ,用超声波振动气蚀仪对覆层进行耐气蚀性能研究 ,用扫描电子显微镜对覆层表面气蚀破坏形貌进行观察。结果表明 :含Mo的镍基覆层有较好的耐气蚀性 ,且随着Mo元素加入量的增加 ,耐气蚀性增大 ;CuNiSiB比NiCrSiB覆层耐气蚀能力强。
Coatings were made by flame spray welding with NiCrSiB, NiCrMoSiB(1), NiCrMoSiB(2) and CuNiSiB alloy powder. Cavitation erosion resistances of the coatings were investigated with ultrasonic vibration cavitation instrument. The morphologies after cavitation erosion were observed by SEM. Results show that the cavitation erosion resistance of NiCrMoSiB coatings is good, and increases with the rising Mo element content; CrNiSiB coating have better cavitation resistance than NiCrSiB coatings. The cavitation erosion mechanisms of the coatings are also discussed in the paper.
