摘要
研究了微富集柱与原子吸收光谱法联用测定铅的各种影响因素,实验利用自制的微型电化学富集柱对金属离子的吸附效应进行预富集 ,再瞬间溶出直接进入原子吸收进行测定 ,极大地提高了测试灵敏度和降低了检出限 。
Influential factors in determination of lead have been studied by combination of FAAS with micro- cell preconcentration. A self- made electrochemical preconcentration micro- cell was used to adsorb lead ion in sample for its enrichement. Then the adsorbed ions were instantly stripped in small size and directly introduced into a flame atomizer of FAAS. Under the selected conditions this method can greatly improve sensitivity of detection of lead. The characteristic concentration and detection limit for the determination of lead can be improved with 1~2 orders of magnitude.
