摘要
通过对立井罐道截面型式的分析 ,选定了立井复合材料罐道的截面型式。对由玻璃钢与钢材组成的复合材料罐道从模拟原则、材料强度指标入手 ,建立起数学模型 ,通过分析和计算研究其合理的截面参数 ,得到了适用于井筒提升过程中不同工况情况下立井复合材料罐道合理的截面参数值。
With the analysis on the cross section types of mine guide, the paper selected the cross section type of the compound material guide for mine shaft. As for the fiber resin and steel compound material, a mathematic model was made with a simulation principle, material strength index. After the analysis and calculation, rational cross section parameters of the compound material guide for mine shaft were obtained suitable for different performances during the mine shaft hoisting.
