摘要
本文制备了腰果酚醛铁聚合物 (PC -Fe) ,并对其结构特征和性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,腰果酚醛缩聚物 (PC)分子中的羟基与Fe3 + 发生了配位作用 ,使得PC分子链间进一步交联 ,从而改善了PC的硬度、耐热性能等 。
The anacardol aldehyde ferric polymer(PC-Fe)has been prepared with cashew shell oil-aldehyde resin and ferric chloride.It's structure and properties have been also studied by IR,TG and DMTA.The results show that there is acoordinate bond between ferric iron and hydroxy in PC-Fe,thus cross-link is formed.Therefore hardness and heat resistance of PC-Fe were improved,and solubility in organic solvents was discreased as well.
