摘要
本实验以一品红的休眠芽为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,设计不同浓度的NAA、2.4-D、6-BA、IAA、IBA和ZT等单因子试验和不同比值的植物生长调节物质的组合试验,探讨植物生长调节物质对一品红器官发生的效应.结果表明,接种7～10天,外植体上的休眠芽开始膨大,生长10～20天,单独使用生长素类有不定根形成,NAA效果较好,IBA次之;单独使用细胞分裂素有不定芽形成,休眠芽在5～6周可长成具有3～4个节的芽条,6-BA效果最好,IBA、IAA次之.组合试验中,不定芽和不定根的生成与调节物质的比例密切相关.
Lateral buds of euphorbia pulcherrima willd were used as explants and cultured on MS medium supplemented with NAA,2. 4-D, 6-BA,IAA,IBA and ZT. The results show that the media with 6-BA were better on buds induction and the media with NAA were better on roots induction.
