摘要
对奥氏体304不锈钢进行不同方式、不同程度的冷加工变形,奥氏体组织会发生不同量的马氏体相变,用铁素体测量仪测定了马氏体相变量与冷加工方式、形变量的关系,通过金相显微镜、透射电子显微镜(TEM)观测,探讨了该微观组织变化的规律和演化机制.
With different ways of cold working, martensite phase transformation takes place in auslenitic 304 stainless steel.Different degrees of cold working lead to different martensite contents. A ferrmagnetometer was used to determinate the relationship between martensite contents and cold-working ways and the relationship between martensite contents and deformation degrees. The regulation and mechanism of the microstruture change was studied with metallurgical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) technology.
