摘要
对曾昭琼主编、华南师大等五院校合编的《有机化学实验》教材中的“萃取”实验进行了改进 ,把用乙醚从水中萃取冰醋酸改为乙醚从水中萃取正丁酸 克服了原实验存在的萃取率低 ,一次萃取与三次萃取差别不大的缺点 萃取率明显提高 :一次萃取的萃取率从 53 6 %提高到 86 8% ,三次萃取的萃取率从 55 1%提高到 95 8%
An improvement on Extraction Experiment is made. The experiment is one of the experiments in the textbook Organic Chemistry Experiments (2nd edit.) edited by ZENG Zhao-qiong. We use ethyl ether as the extractant to extract n-butanoic acid rather than glacial acetic acid from their solutions. The average extraction rates grow from 53.6% to 86.8% (1 time extraction only) and 55.1% to 95.8% (3 times)
