摘要
目的 探讨晶体溶解性青光眼的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 对 9例晶体溶解性青光眼的临床分析和手术治疗 ,2例行囊内摘除 ,6例行囊外摘除 ,1例行囊外摘除和人工晶体植入。结果 抗青光眼药物不能控制晶体溶解性青光眼 ,摘除晶体可自然缓解 ,术后视力获得满意效果。术后矫正视力 :0 .5 ,1例 ;0 .4 ,2例 ;0 .3,3例 ;0 .2 ,1例 ;0 .1,1例 ;光感 1例。结论 晶体溶解性青光眼是一类独立的急性开角型青光眼 ,尽早摘除晶体和充分清除皮质是唯一有效的治疗和预防方法 ,白内障囊外摘除对于此病是安全。
Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment methods of the phacolytic glaucoma.Methods The clinical data of 9 cases of phacolytic glaucoma were analyzed.The patients were treated respectively with intracapsular cataract extraction(2 cases),extracapsular cataract extraction(6 cases),extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantion(1 cases).Results Anti glaucoma drugs were not effective to phacolytic glaucoma.Extraction of the lens made intraocular pressure drop to normal.Vision was corrected after opeation to 0.5(1 case);0.4(2 cases);0.3(3 cases);0.2(1 case);0.1(1 case); and optic senes(1 case).Conclusion Phacolytic gaucoma is one type of acute angle open glaucoma.Extraction of the lens as early as possible and remove the cortex as enough as possible is the only effective method to treatment and prevention of the disease.Extracapsular cataract extraction is safe and effective.
