摘要
目的 研究红蛇定痛液抗过敏止痒作用。方法 以 4 -氨基吡啶 (4- AP)诱发小鼠舔体反应为指标 ,观察红蛇定痛液的抗过敏止痒作用。结果 红蛇定痛液组小鼠舔体次数明显减少 ,与对照组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) ;与肤轻松组比较 ,差异不明显 (P>0 .0 5 )。
Objective To study the antiallergic and antipruritic effect of sol.hongshedingtong in mice.Methods 4 aminopyridine(4 AP)(lmg·kg -1 ) was used to induce a licking response in mice.The antiallergic and antipruritic effect of sol.hongshedingtong were observed.Results The licking repoonse in mice of sol.hongshedingtong group at scruff were decreased singnificantly compared with that in control group( P <0.01).Conclusion Sol.hongshedingtong has antipruritic effect on scruff induced lincking response in mice.
