摘要
目的 探讨腺性膀胱炎的发生原因。方法 采用流式细胞术原位杂交法 (FlowFish)检测 2 3例腺性膀胱炎患者 (实验组 )外周血淋巴细胞端粒长度。采用相同性别、年龄的配对健康人作为对照组 ,培养细胞作为内对照。结果 实验组和对照组外周血淋巴细胞端粒长度 (Q FISH值 ) :实验组为 0 .0 9± 0 .0 2 ,对照组为 0 .0 7±0 .0 2 ;两者相比有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 腺性膀胱炎患者外周血淋巴细胞端粒长度明显大于对照组 。
Objective To investigate the cause of cystitis glandularis.Methods 23 patients with cystitis glandularis were enrolled in the test group and 23 healthy persons who had the same sex and similar age matched with the test group were enrolled in the control group.The telomere length of peripheral blood lymphocytes was measured with fluorescence in situ hybridization and flow cytometry in these two groups.Results Q FISH value was 0.09±0.02 and 0.07±0.02 respectively in test group and control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.01).Conclusions The telomere length of peripheral blood lymphocytes in the patients with cystitis glandularis was longer than that in the healthy persons.So we may deduce that more activated telomerase exists in the patients with cystitis glandularis.
