摘要 目的 探讨局部脑葡萄糖代谢减低及局部脑血流量减低与脑梗死的关系。方法 对 30例多发性脑梗死患者的脑氧代脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层显像 (18F FDGPET显像 )与99m锝 双半胱氨酸乙酯 (99mTc ECD)脑血流灌注显像进行对比分析。结果 局部脑葡萄糖代谢减低与临床症状、体征呈正相关 ,与梗死部位及局部脑血流量减低呈正相关。结论 18F Objective To explore the relationship of local cerebral glucose metabolism decrease and local cerebral blood flow decrease with cerebral infarction.Methods The results of cerebral 18 F FDG PET images and 99m Tc ECD cerebral blood flow images in 30 patients with multiple cerebral infarction were analyzed retrospectively.Results Local cerebral glucose metabolism decrease was positively related to clinical manifestations,and also to infarction position and local cerebral blood flow decrease.Conclusions 18 F FDG PET images can provide the evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
