摘要
目的 :探讨晚期下咽癌手术切除后 ,利用残余喉组织重建下咽的手术方法。方法 :总结 1990至1996年 7例晚期下咽癌患者的临床资料。结果 :实行广泛手术切除 ,以残存喉组织重建下咽腔 ,7例患者一期愈合 ,无咽瘘等并发症 ,1年生存 6例 ,3年生存 3例 ,5年生存 1例。结论 :利用残存喉组织重建下咽 ,方法相对简便 ,患者损伤小 ,手术在同一视野中完成 ,残存喉组织血供良好 。
Objective:To discuss the method of using remaining laryngeal tissue to rehabilitation after the advanced hypopharyngeal cancer resection. Method:The clinical data of 7 cases with advanced hypopharyngeal cancer were analyzed.Result:Extensive resection of the advanced hypopharyngeal cancer were removed and reconstructed using remaining laryngeal tissue.All patients healed at one time without complications such as pharyngeal fistula.6 cases survived for one year after operation,3 cases for three years,1 patient survived 5 years. Conclusion:It is relatively simple,convenient and less injuried by this method.Because the remaining laryngeal tissue have good blood supply,this is helpful to reduce the postoperation complications.
