摘要
目的 :研究鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤 (nasalcavityandparanasalsinusesinvertedpapilloma ,NIP)的临床特点 ,以提高治愈率。方法 :回顾分析鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤 19例的临床资料及跟踪观察。结果 :体积大 ,累积范围广的鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤以行唇下面中部翻掀术为宜 ,局限性病灶可行鼻内窥镜手术。结论 :合理选择手术方式 ,彻底切除病灶 ,术后辅以放疗 ,及时定期复诊是降低此病复发率和癌变率的关键。
Objective:To recognize the clinical character of the NIP correctly,and to find an effective way to improve the cure rate. Method:19 cases with NIP were treated and followed up.Result:For those voluminous,extensive NIP,the transmidfacial approach was prefered to,but for the local focus,the nasal endoscopy was suitable. Conclusion:Selecting and reasonale operative style,excising the focus completely,accompanying with radiation theraphy after postoperative and further examination periodically is the key to reduce the canceration rate and recrudescence rate.
