摘要
目的 :探讨腰椎间盘镜技术在治疗腰椎间盘突出症中的应用价值。方法 :2 0 0 0年 5月～ 2 0 0 1年 5月采用显微椎间盘镜髓核摘除术治疗病人 36例。结果 :平均随访 7.5个月 ,治疗效果优良。结论 :显微椎间盘镜髓核摘除术具有组织创伤小、神经根减压彻底、维持脊柱的稳定性 ,术后病人卧床时间短 ,恢复快等优点 。
Objective:To study and use MicroEndocopic Discectomy(MED) for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:Thirty-six cases of lumbar disc herniation were operated with MED.Result:All the cases were followed up 6～15 months with the result of excellent and good. There were no nerve root injury, dura laceration in this group. Conclusions: The advantages of MED were minimal injury and rapidly recovery. MED is an effective method for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
