小剂量氨茶碱配合吸入皮质激素治疗缓解期小儿哮喘的疗效评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的 研究小剂量氨茶碱与皮质激素吸入治疗小儿哮喘的协同作用。方法 选择 64例缓解期轻、中度小儿哮喘 ,随机分为治疗组 (36例 )、对照组 (2 8例 ) ,治疗组口服小剂量氨茶碱配合吸入必可酮气雾剂 ,对照组只吸入必可酮气雾剂 ,疗程 1年。结果 治疗组皮质激素吸入量明显较对照组减少 ,中度以上喘息发作次数明显较对照组减少 ,峰值流速 (PEFR)明显较对照组高。结论 小剂量氨茶碱配合吸入皮质激素 ,可减少小儿哮喘发作次数 ,减少皮质激素吸入量 。 Objective To study the synergistic anti-inflammatory effects of low-dose oral aminophylline combined with inhaled corticosteroid in the treatment of asthmatic children in remission period. Methods 64 mild to moderate asthmatic children were randomly divided into the treatment group (36 cases) and the control group (28 cases).Low-dose oral aminophylline and inhaled Becotide were given to the treatment group, while only inhaled Becotide were given to the control group. Results In the treatment group, the dose of corticosteroid was reduced, moderate and severe attacks of asthma became less frequant and peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR) was significantly higher than in the control group. Conclusion In treating asthmatic children, combined use of low-dose oral aminophylline and inhaled corticosteroid has the advantages of lowering dose of corticosteroid, decreasing the attacks of asthma and bettering of pulmonary function.
