目的 探讨RT -PCR法检测非小细胞肺癌骨髓微转移的临床可行性。方法 以CK1 9mRNA作为标记物 ,运用RT -PCR方法检测 41例非小细胞肺癌手术患者骨髓中CK1 9mRNA的表达 ,并以肺癌组织作为对照。结果 肺癌组织中CK1 9mRNA表达的阳性率 1 0 0 % ,41例非小细胞肺癌患者骨髓中CK1 9mRNA阳性 1 5例 ,阳性率 36 .64 % ,非肿瘤对照组均阴性。结论 以CK1 9mRNA作为肿瘤标记物 ,用RT
Objective To study the clinical possibility of detectiing bone marrow micrometastasis in patients with non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Methods Using CK19 mRNA as a marker,RT-PCR was employed to examine the specific expression of CK19 mRNA in the cancer tissue and bone marrow in 41 operable NSCLC. The results were compared with those of the controls of non-tumorous patients. Results The positive rate of CK19 mRNA in lung cancer tissue was 100%. Among 41 patients of NSCLC,15 bone marrow samples were positive for CK19 mRNA, with the positive rate being 36.64%. However, no bone marrow samples from normal volunteer were positive. Conclusion RT-PCR amplification of CK19 mRNA is a sensitive and useful method to detect bone marrow micrometastasis in patients with lung cancer.
