摘要
目的 从功能、生化指标观察梯度吸氧对在体大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法 根据复灌期间吸氧梯度的不同分为假手术组、对照组、梯度吸氧Ⅰ组、梯度吸氧Ⅱ组、梯度吸氧Ⅲ组。复灌结束监测左心功能、取静脉血 1ml测定磷酸肌酸酶 (CK -MB)含量及心肌前壁组织丙二醛 (MDA)、ATP及Na+,K+-ATP酶、Ca2 +-ATP酶活性的变化。结果 梯度吸氧组再灌注末左心功能明显降低 ,血清中CK -MB明显升高。
Objective To study the effects of gradual FiO 2 on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats in vivo.?Methods 40 rats were divided into sham-operation group, control (100% O 2) group and 3 test groups according to the reperfusion FiO 2. The data of LVSP, LVEDP and ±dp/dt max were recorded at the end of 20-min reperfusion. The contents of ATP and malondialdehyde MDA in myocardium, the content of CK-MB in serum and the activities of Na +,K +-ATPase and Ca 2+ -ATPase in myocardium were measured after reperfusion.?Results LVSP in test group G 1 and ±dp/dt max in groups G 1 and G 2 were decreased significantly, compared with that in control group. LVEDP and the content of serum CK-MB in groups G 1 and G 2 were increased significantly. The production of MDA, the content of ATP and the activities of Na +,K +-ATPase and Ca 2+ -ATPase in myocardium in groups G 1 and G 2 were reduced significantly.?Conclusion On rat models of acute anoxemia in vivo, no protective effects of gradual FiO 2 were noticed on the myocardium undergoing ischemia/reperfusion.
