摘要
以某雷达发射系统中的电子器件冷却为主要研究对象 ,讨论了液体冷却系统的主要技术指标 ,论证了液体冷却系统的设计方案 ,进行了热力学分析 。
This article mainly researches the cooling of electronic devices in radar transmitter, discusses the liquid cooling system′s main technical specifications. The article also reviews the design of the liquid cooling system and carries out the thermodynamics analysis. Experiments proved the correctness of the design.
