摘要
本系统是为制药机械行业研制的药粒自动包装机的控制系统 ,系统采用分布式结构 ,每个计数通道具有智能 ,克服了模板式包装机对药粒的形状和计数数量要求固定等缺点 ,通用性强 ,还具有电振机速度设定 ,药粒遮光时间测量及设定 ,解决了药粒粘连的问题 ,为多通道药粒包装机提出全新的控制方案。
The control system of troche automatic packing machine for medication making machine industry,made use of distributed structure,it′s each counter channel is intelligentized,it gets over demerits of the templet packing machine and universalizable,It can set up speed of the electronic vibratory machine and measure time of troche shuting off ray,resolve the question troche conglutination This paper puts forward new control project for multi channels troche packing machine
