摘要
本文形式化描述并发展了通信 Microbenchmark技术 .并在这种技术的基础上 ,比较系统地测试了机群系统上四种并行通信系统—— GM- API、基于 10 0 M以太网的 MPICH、基于 Myrinet网络的 MPICH和 GM- MPI——的表征通信性能的 L og P参数 ,并通过比较 ,得出四种并行通信系统特点和优劣关系 .最后 ,给出了各个通信系统对不同的并行应用的适用情况 .
This work develops the communication Microbenchmark technology, and using this technology it provides a systematic study of the LogP parameters which express the impact of communication performance on the four parallel communication systems over cluster,gm api,mpich over 100M ethernet,mpich over myrinet,and gm mpi. Furthermore,by comparing these paraments,we want to find the characters of the four communication systems and the relations of performance among them.Finally, this work tell the each of the four systems will match what parallel application.
