摘要
用模糊数描述生产调度问题中定单完成期、处理率、处理时间等因素的不确定性 ,建立连续生产过程中定单变化引起的动态调度问题的模糊优化数学模型。通过求解这个模型 ,能够实现在生产线的生产能力、存储设备的存储能力和定单的完成时间范围等约束条件下的动态调度。仿真结果表明模型的有效性和合理性 ,不仅能满足客户的需求 。
The uncertain factors in the scheduling process such as complete times, processing speed and processing times of order forms are described as a fuzzy. The fuzzy optimal mathematics model of the dynamic production scheduling problems caused by the order forms for continuous production processes are proposed. The dynamic scheduling can be realized by the solution of the optimal problem under constraint conditions such as production capacity of production line,storage capacity of the storage unit and completion time of the order forms. The simulation results show that the model is reasonable and effective. It is not only meet the customer demands, but also obtain the best profit.
