摘要
针对传统土地利用变更方法存在的问题 ,结合 3S技术特点和土地利用现状提出新的方法 。
A new method is proposed concerning existing problems on traditional land utilization change method,integrating characteristics of the 3S technologies and status quo of the land utilization.This paper expounds the implementation of the 3S technologies to the links of the new change method of land utilization status quo.
