摘要
本文用化学阻断法研究了吸烟对幼猪缺氧性肺血管收缩反应影响中儿茶酚胺、组胺、前列腺素及白三烯的作用。发现在幼猪缺氧性肺血管收缩反应中有交感神经、白三烯及前列腺素的介导,组胺起调节作用。吸烟可使幼猪肺血管阻力降低,主要由扩管性PGs介导。吸烟可减弱幼猪缺氧性肺血管收缩反应。主要由于在不吸烟HPV中交感兴奋通过α受体介导肺血管收缩反应,而在吸烟后HPV反应中则主要由β受体兴奋使肺血管扩张、HPV减弱。
In order to investigate the effects of cigarette smoking on hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction(HPV) in piglets, receptor or synthetic enzyme blockers of sympathetic nerve, histamine, prostaglandins(PGs) and leukotrienes(LTs) were used. Results showed that hypoxia increased PVR by adrenergic alpha receptor, LTs and PGs to 72.5%(3min. P<0.01). 84.4%(5min. P<0.01), 65.2%(10min. P<0.05), respectively. However, histamine regulated it. Cigarette smoking reduced PVR by 6.7% (3min.), 15.1%(1min. P<0.01), 14.8%(10min. P<0.05), respectively. Which was mainly mediated by vasodilative PGs. Cigarette smoking inhibited HPV by 1.5% (3min.), 10.5% (5min. P<0.05), 14.3% (10min. P<0.05), respectively. The effect of inhibition was produced during hypoxia by changing from alpha adrenoceptor exciting to beta adrenoceptor exciting after cigarette smoking.
