摘要
目的 :探讨恶性胸腔积液的治疗方法。方法 :我们选择了 32例乳腺癌术后并发胸腔积液的患者 ,进行胸腔穿刺抽液或闭式引流及胸腔内给予化疗药和 /或生物反应调节剂 ,结合全身治疗和对症处理。结果 :经过 1～ 3次治疗 ,胸腔积液均完全消失 ,有效率达 10 0 %。结论 :本组采用局部和全身治疗相结合的办法 ,选择有效的化疗方案 ,配合对症治疗 ,使有效率达 10 0 % 。
Objective To explore pleural effusion's treatment method.Methods We selected 32 mammary cancer cases.To given drainage of pleural cavity or closed thoracic cavity drainage,and all combinated chemotherapy and biotherapy.Results After one to three treatment in all cases pleural effusion dispersed.The rate of effect arrived to 100%.Conclusions Local treatrment combinated general treatment can decrease pleural effusion after mammary cancer operation.
