摘要
本文用光敏生物素标记的R3 cDNA探针杂交检测了HFRS患者外周血淋巴细胞、血清和尿沉淀细胞中HFRS病毒核酸。结果42份淋巴细胞标本中30份为阳性,48份血清标本中有24份出现阳性杂交信号,81份尿沉淀细胞标本中53份为阳性,表明将此光敏生物素标记的cDNA探针用于HFRS实验诊断和致病机理的研究是可行的。
Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome(HFRS)viral RNA in specimens of urine cells, serum and peripherial blood lymphoeytes(PBL)from patients was detected by dot-blot hybridization with photobiotin-labelled Rs cDNA probe. Positive results were obtained with 52 of 81 urine, 24 of 48 serum and 30 of 42 PBL specimens. Hybridization signal was not found in the specimens from those without HFRS of 55 urine,30 sera and 15 PBL. The positive rate of the three kinds specimens were not significantly different (P>0.05). Thus detection of viral RNA in urine cells with photobiotin-labelled probes can be used as a substitution of serum and PBL It may also be used for diagnosis of HFRS as well as for epidemiogical investigation.
