摘要
目的 :观察猪胆汁乙醇提取物对消化功能的影响。方法 :采用离体与在体两种方法观察猪胆汁乙醇提取物对小鼠、家兔消化功能的影响。结果 :猪胆汁乙醇提取物能减弱家兔离体肠平滑肌收缩 ,抑制小鼠小肠碳墨推进率 ,缓解蓖麻油所致小鼠腹泻 (P<0 .0 1) ;且对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌等有明显抑制作用。结论 :猪胆汁乙醇提取物对维持消化道正常功能有重要调节作用 (人体用量为 1g/ kg) 。
Objective:To observe the effect of alcohol extract of bile(AEB) on digestive system.Methods:To observe the action of AEB in vitro and vivo.Results:The spontaneous movements of isolated intestinal smooth muscles in rabbit could be suppressed,the intestinal propelling movement of carbon ink and experimental diarrhea caused by cast or oil in mice could be markedly antagonized,the growth of micro could obviously be inhibited.Conclusions:AEB may help improve the digestive condition.
