摘要 介绍了一种用于热疗法中超声测温的双超声脉冲发射接收电路。电路可以同步产生符合超声测温要求的双超声脉冲,并且能够成功接收放大比较微弱的超声回波信号。提供了实验中的关键波形,说明该电路具有足够的可靠性。 This paper introduces double ultrasound pulse transmitting and receiving circuits used in ultrasound thermometry. Using the circuits, double ultrasound pulses could be made synchronously to satisfy the requirements of ultrasound thermometry, and the weak ultrasound echo signals are received successfully. The crux experiment waveform offered shows that the circuits have high reliability.
