急性缺血性中风脑脊液β内啡呔和强啡呔A_(1-13)含量变化及临床意义 被引量:3

Changes of β-endorphin and Dynorphin A_(1-13) Levels in Cerebrospinal Fluid in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke and Its Clinical Significances

摘要 本文采用放射免疫分析法对40例急性缺血性中风患者脑脊液β—EP和 DynA_(1-13)含量进行了观察。结果表明,脑梗塞患者脑脊液β—EP 含量明显升高,且病情重和梗塞体积大者β—EP 升高的幅度比病情轻和病损小者大,而 DynA_(1-13)含量的变化正好相反。结果提示,β—EP 可能促进缺血性脑损伤的产生,DynA_(1-13)则有一定的保护作用。临床上测定脑脊液β—EP 和 DynA_(1-13)值的水平可估计缺血性脑损伤的严重程度。 The contents of ir-β-EP and ir-DynA_(1-13) weredetermined with radioimmunoassy in cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)of patients with ischemic stroke.The resultsshowed that CSF ir-β-EP was significantly increased.AndCSF ir-β-EP was higher in the severe patients than that inthe slight patients,the larger of the lesion showed by CTscanning was,the higher of CSF ir-β-EP contents.Whilethe changes of ir-Dyn A_(1-13) contents were just contraryto the changes of ir-β-EP.We suggested that β-EPmight exaggerate ischemic brain damage,and DynA_(1-13)play a protective role.The changes of CSF β-EP anddynA_(1-13) could reflect the serious degree of ischemicbrain damage clinically.
