摘要
本文报告采用血管减压术治疗桥小脑角血管神经压迫症112例,其中三叉神经痛86例、面肌痉挛24例、舌咽神经痛2例。术后全部有效,其中107例症状完全消失,5例明显减轻。术中见全部病例均有蛛网膜增厚粘连,有110例(98%)可见动脉血管压迫神经,并多可见到受压神经移位、弯曲、变形。多数病人一旦解除血管压迫,症状立即消失。作者认为,血管减压术是针对病因的治疗,效果确切,值得推广。文章还讨论了血管压迫症的发病机理等问题。
The application of vasodecomporession on vasoneurocom-pression in the area of cerebellopontine angle is reported in thispaper.Among 112 cases of patients.there are 86 cases oftrigeminal neuralgia.24 cases of facial spasm and 2 cases ofglossopharyngeal neuralgia.It was found that all of cases re-vealed thichening and adherence of arachnoid.and an nerve wascompressed by artery in 110 cases(98%).By the use of vasodecompression.107 cases got completelyrecovered.the symptoms of 5 cases was abated significantly.The pathological mechanism of vasocompression in the areaof cerebellopontine angle was discussed in this paper.
