摘要
深化经济体制改革 ,完善社会主义市场经济体制以及经济全球化 ,不仅要对营利性组织企业的生产、经营管理进行研究 ,而且更需要探讨政府的公共产品、非营利组织准公共产品的生产、经营管理的的问题。因此 ,开展公共管理研究 ,具有重要的理论与实际意义。为了推动该领域的理论研究与公共管理的学科建设 ,特开辟公共管理论坛 ,本期推出了一组论文 ,希望更多的理论界与实际工作部门的专家学者共同研究 ,办好公共管理论坛。
Preface:With the deepening of the economic reform and the perfection of the socialist market economic system and the globalization, it is not only necessary to study the operation and management of the non business organizations, but also to inquire into the operation and management of the public departments, such as the government of public goods and the non profit organizations of quasi public goods. It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the public management. In order to push the theoretical study, we specially publish five articles to make this public management forum. We hope more experts to join us in probing into this field.
